How can I cancel my order?
Please contact your account manager if you wish to cancel your order.
Once an order is confirmed no refunds are possible for non-stock items that are not defective (see defective goods clause). If an ordered item can be accepted for any refund there will be a handling charge.
Please note that with current shortages of raw materials and electronic components, we kindly ask that you check and confirm all lead times as some current line items and obsolete spare parts MAY not be cancelled after the order has been confirmed.
This returns policy excludes software and specially manufactured products.
All cancellations are subject to Obso Automation’s approval.
Obso Automation reserves the right to refuse a cancellation for products with special options, some current line spare parts and special built items.
