- "The coil can be easily replaced in a Type S contactor or starter. By changing out the coil, the contactor or starter can be used in different control circuit voltage applications. This will also save the cost of a whole new contactor or starter if the coil were to fail. This coil is used in an 8502SG Series A contactor, an 8536SG Series A starter or an 8903SX Series A lighting contactor. The coil is rated for 440/480 VAC 50/60 Hz. The inrush power of this coil is 2970 VA. It has an average sealed consumption of 212 VA. This coil has a height of 140.5 mm, a width of 101.2 mm. Coil is fully encapsulated to protect it. Coil has screw clamp connections."
